Return Policy
If you have an issue with your order, please email art@courtneykinnare.com to see if there is anything we can do.
If no solution can be found, we are happy to assist a return. We accept returns up to 7 days after art has been delivered. We do not accept returns on any custom / made-to-order items or art that has been damaged, destroyed, altered, or any other form of change from its original state. The art will be carefully inspected upon receipt and full or partial refunds are offered at the artist's discretion. Return shipping is not included.
Commissioned pieces are final sale.
Courtney Kinnare Art will not be held liable once art is in transit with shipping provider.
