Care Instructions: To preserve the longevity of your chess set, clean with the provided microfiber cloth. If glass board needs extra polishing, you may use isopropyl alcohol and a paper towel. Avoid placing or displaying your chess set in direct sunlight for extended periods of time. While the pieces are cast with a UV-resistant resin, long exposure to sunlight can affect the appearance over time. Colors may vary slightly due to differences in screen displays.
Shipping & Returns: Processing time for orders is 4-6 weeks from submission of Customization Form, which will be emailed upon purchase. Deadline to submit to guarantee holiday delivery is 10/27. Orders will be shipped via UPS with insurance coverage. Purchaser is responsible for any international duties and taxes. As each set is custom & made-to-order, all sales are final.
